class molfoundry.CompositionGraph(class_ref, *args)#

One graph of a rule-composition overlap, as seen by a predicate.

Parameters:

class_ref (Any)

property vertices: List[CompositionVertex]#

The vertices, in increasing id order.

property edges: List[CompositionEdge]#

The edges, ordered by their endpoint ids.

property numVertices: int#
property numEdges: int#
getVertex(id)#

The vertex with the given composite id, or None if absent.

Parameters:

id (int)

getEdge(source, target)#

The edge between two vertex ids (either order), or None if absent.
