class molfoundry.CompositionVertex(class_ref, *args)

A vertex of a CompositionGraph.

id is the vertex’s id in the composite rule: first-rule ids are kept, and second-rule vertices outside the overlap get fresh ids. firstId and secondId are the ids of the first- and second-rule vertices it represents, or None.

Id of the first-rule vertex this vertex represents, or None.

property secondId: int | None

Id of the second-rule vertex this vertex represents, or None.
